For participants and families: name, date of birth, contact details, health and disability information, NDIS plan details, and clinical records necessary to deliver and coordinate care.
For referrers and coordinators: name, organisation, contact details, and information about referred participants relevant to intake assessment.
For job applicants: name, contact details, employment history, qualifications, and referee details.
Website visitors: analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and device type. No personally identifying information is collected from website visitors without consent.
