A registered NDIS complex care provider built on a single conviction — that every person with a disability, regardless of the complexity of their needs, deserves support that is clinically rigorous, genuinely personal, and accountable for outcomes.
Nurse Aid Australia is a registered NDIS provider based in Mawson Lakes, South Australia. Founded in 2020, we specialise in high-intensity supported independent living and complex care for participants whose support needs go beyond what standard SIL providers are equipped to manage.
We work with participants who have complex clinical profiles — forensic disability, high-intensity mental health presentations, progressive physical conditions, and medically complex needs requiring nursing oversight in a community setting. Our team includes Registered Nurses, a Behaviour Support Practitioner, and trained support workers who are competency-assessed for the specific clinical procedures their participants require.
The NurseAid proposition: We train support workers to safely deliver medically complex care that would ordinarily require a qualified clinician. We wrap that delivery in rigorous clinical oversight, documented competency assessment, and organisational accountability. We take on the risk. We own the outcome.
Why Nurse Aid Australia was built — and what we stand for.
Nurse Aid's team includes Registered Nurses, enrolled nurses, a Behaviour Support Practitioner, and trained support workers selected for both their clinical qualifications and their character. We are a culturally diverse team — multilingual, with experience supporting participants from a wide range of backgrounds.
Our team is available for direct conversations with referrers, families, and clinicians. No obligation — just a real conversation about whether Nurse Aid is the right fit.
